Inspired by its surrounding ecosystem, Maresias oceanfront restaurant celebrates the local region of the Yucatan Peninsula. Maresias offers exquisitely crafted and light dishes inspired by the Earth and the sea, with a menu designed around ingredients that come from nature. We work closely with local fishermen for a variety of freshly caught seafood, oysters, classic tiraditos, and traditional raw ceviches. Paired with light salads and organic vegetables, enjoy shared plates and mains prepared moments before being served, all the while taking in panoramic views of the Caribbean sea.

At 4 Fuegos Restaurant, we honor the spirit of the fire element by preserving ancient grill and the slow-cooker techniques. In a menu dedicated to roasting, our Chefs draw inspiration from the unique and smoky flavor that only fire can transmit to meat, fish, and vegetables. Artisanal ingredients rotate seasonally from the farm and sea in celebrated recipes like whole grilled lobster, daily-caught fish, and wagyu national meat grilled over embers. Located just along the Tulum beach, the open-fire kitchen presents a tantalizing menu from starters to dessert to enjoy from morning through sunset. The menu is prepared to perfection under the direction of Chef Elias.
