Q: What kind of health and safety protocols do you have at the hotel?

A: Your well-being is our top priority, and we are taking extra precautions to ensure the health safety of our staff and visitors. We have implemented de-tailed preventative measures within the hotel. Antibacterial stations can be found in all common and private areas and guests and staff are asked to maintain social distance in communal areas, including restaurants. We have increased cleaning and disinfection in all spaces with an emphasis on fre-quent contact surfaces. Our staff adhere to a strict hygiene protocol upon entering the property and we have medical assistance from our permanent onsite doctors.

Q: Is Be Tulum bookable for groups?

A: Yes, our reservations department would be happy to help you plan and customize the perfect getaway for you and your party. Please mention that you will be coming as part of a group when you book should you prefer to reserve your rooms individually.

Q: Is Be Tulum pet friendly?

A: We love our four-legged friends, but Be Tulum’s ecosystem is quite fragile and any outsider could alter the delicate natural balance that we enjoy here. For this reason, we are unable to host your pets.

Q: Are your menus food allergen friendly?

A: Yes, we offer vegan and vegetarian options on our menus and many dishes can be prepared to suit intolerances or allergen sensitivities. Please make us aware of any special requirements when you order and our chefs and mixologists will be happy to accommodate you.

Q: Do you offer handicapped rooms?

A: The natural jungle terrain at Be Tulum, along with the organic architectu-re, may make it difficult for individuals with mobility impairments to naviga-te the environment. For this reason, we don’t recommend our resort for visi-tors who use wheelchairs. Please contact us for more details and we’d be happy to help you decide if Be Tulum is a good fit for your party.

Q: Is parking available at Be Tulum?

A: We offer complementary parking for hotels guests. Valet service is availa-ble from 9am – 9pm. Our parking lot is surveilled 24/7. If you plan to bring a car, kindly note this on your booking.

Q: How far is Be Tulum from Cancun International Airport?

A: Cancun International Airport is about 130 km (80 miles) from the hotel and travel typically takes about 1.5 hours. We can arrange for a private driver to provide transport to and/or from the hotel. Please get in touch with us if you are interested in this service. All transport services are billed di-rectly to your room charge.

Q: What are your cancellation policies?

A: We now offer the option to book your stay at a 30-day refundable rate. If you select this rate, you may cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your anticipated arrival date with no penalty. The non-refundable booking rate is not eligible for any refunds regardless of when you cancel.

Q: Is Be Tulum an adult-only hotel?

A: All guests and visitors must be 13 years of age or older.

Q: Can we celebrate our wedding in Be Tulum?

A: For now, we are taking a short break from celebrating weddings at Be Tulum but we’re looking forward to offering them again soon! Generally speaking, weddings may be booked from May until November of each year. Contact weddings@behoteles.com for any further inquiries.

Q: Can I eat and drink at Maresia’s and Ocumare if I am a not a guest at Be Tulum?

A: Yes! However, we are currently operating at a limited capacity and cannot take restaurant reservations. For this reason, please go directly to the restaurant to inquire whether we are able to accommodate you or not.

Q: Can I attend the Beach Club if I am not a guest at Be Tulum?

A: We would love to host you at the Beach Club! There is a minimum con-sumption of $40 USD from Monday – Thursday and $70 USD from Friday – Sunday. This price is per person and can be spent on food and/or bevera-ges. The pools and beach beds are for guests only, but we have comfortable sofas and bean bags for you to enjoy subject to availability.
